We want every piece to fit and feel perfect. If something is not right, we will sort it out quickly over WhatsApp.
We accept
- Unworn items with original tags attached
- Items returned within 7 days of delivery
- Wrong size or colour sent by us
- Manufacturing defects
We cannot accept
- Worn, washed or altered items
- Items without original tags
- Returns after 7 days
- Items damaged by misuse
How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Tell us the item, reason for return, and whether you want a refund or exchange.
- We will arrange a pickup or drop-off point in Nairobi. Nationwide customers can ship back to us; we refund the return shipping cost if the error was ours.
- Once we inspect the item, we process your refund or exchange within 48 hours.
